On being financially successful
By Randell Tiongson on August 9th, 2011Many of us have have people we look up to that inspires us. Many of us look up to Oprah, John Maxwell, Rick Warren, Depak Chopra, Anthony Robbins, Joel Osteen and many more.
I also have mine — Francis Kong and Dave Ramsey.

Dave Ramsey is very passionate about financial discipline. I got encouraged when he said “to revolutionize my financial life, I need to embrace change in my behavior and start doing it early.” I heard this from so many speakers but he really threw a spear directly at my heart bringing me this sense of financial stewardship. Another praiseworthy thing he mentioned is when you have enough or even more than enough, you need to give some away to spare us from greed.
