  • He leads yet he never stops to learn. Whatever he learns, he applies. He has followers yet he is also a good follower. Whenever he makes decisions, he stands in wisdom. A real leader is driven within and he always has a plan. 🙂

  • 1. A good leader motivates his people through positivism.

  • When there is a great need, a real leader stands out. A real leader is not perfect but thriving to be the best by consistently executing ways on how to overcome his weaknesses. He is not just after his benefit but aims for the improvement of the lives of other people as well. He loves others as much as he loves himself. To ensure that the people are motivated, a real leader spends more time with his members to know them better, to connect with them and to inspire them. His priority is to listen and to understand their needs even if it would cost him time, effort and money. A real leader commits a lot of mistakes but learns from them. He sees and stays at the positive side of whatever life throws at him. He values integrity by doing the right thing even if no one is looking.

  • A leader is someone being followed as he is one step ahead. He inspires change and influences others to follow because of the fruit of his very own life. With a head full of wisdom, he translates the excellence that he knows into habits which others consistently see. With a heart full of compassion, he translates his concern into great passion and this great passion into positive action. With hands skilled and ready to share he motivates people as he walks his talk. His confidence lies not in his perfection but in the willingness to admit mistakes and learn from them. He realizes the power of focus, which spells the difference between ordinary light and a laser beam, with a laser beam able to cut even metals. He gains trust because of his consistency and integrity. He lives a life of joy knowing that his purpose for being is significant! He simply translates what others only dare to dream into reality!

  • I choose to believe that a true leader develops another leader, not just because it is his responsibility nor just to leave his mark to the next generation of leaders, but his deep eagerness to develop them that would one day surpass him in knowledge and skills. A real leader knows he is not perfect that sometimes he commit mistakes, sometimes he fails to meet the expectations, but despite this his people never loose trust on him. A real leader preaches what he only practice. He is a great example for new leaders to follow, not just by working hard, but in a smarter way. A real leader never forgets to invest in his personal improvement before he invest on others’ improvement, knowing that he cannot give what he don’t have. And most especially, I really believe that a real leader read books a lot. 🙂 Like food is for body, they consider knowledge is for mind. If you feed no new knowledge, your mind starves. 🙂

  • A real leader has a servant’s heart. He not only understand his capacity to do great things but little things as well. He serve out of love and without self-interest. He has a humble, confident, obedient and tender heart that it dramatically affects the way people respond to him as their leader.

  • A good leader is not an alpha dog of a pack. He does not insinuate faith and obedience by fear and brute force, by pressure or by any act that may cause subordinates to desperately follow. He is a shepherd of a flock. He leads the way to better pastures. He guides his flock to the right path.

A follower sees a good leader as someone he can consider a friend. And when a good friendship is built, that’s where the magic begins!

  • A true leader puts others interest above his own interest. People follow him/her because of character and not because of position. A real leader ensures that the people who are following him/her will one day grow and be better than him/her. He/She casts visions to those who are following and helps them achieve their destiny. “Kayo muna bago ako” is his/her attitude towards leadership.

  • A True Leader must have the heart of service for this will drive him/her to reach the goal of the team. A Leader is bounded with Christian life that will direct on his/her right path with his/her group especially in making decisions. A Leader has the initiative to strive in setting a good example to his/her peers. Good leadership can develop as long as there is willingness and openness to learn with acceptance of constructive criticism for his/her improvements in all aspects. We can all be leaders on our own and yet bounded with oneness in reaching our vision.

  • Jesus Himself, the one true God epitomizes true and genuine leadership. He need not came down to chaotic earth to trade place with disobedient human race doomed to perdition but surprisingly He did. He did it out of love; His sole motivation was love.
Genuine leadership parallels love. A true leader worth his salt exhibits genuine and deep care and affection toward others just like Jesus did even death if needs be.

  • A real leader has a real heart. A real heart follow the laws of universe and the laws of the people. If he has that real heart, he is the real leader.

  • A real leader is a competent person with character and vision that inspires ACTION.

  • A real Leader lets his people grow and yet is always ready to help them when needed. He knows how to impart his knowledge and be able to duplicate himself out of them. A real leader should set an example and inspire the people under him, he know how to value the works of his people. A real leader knows how to compromise and yet his rules are respected and followed because it is fair and just. A real leader is never afraid of being replace by someone under his team it just goes to show we knows how to gear his people. A real leaders should take it as a win-win situation and sees the goodness in each of them. Above all a real leader should treat each people equally and he know how to maximize their potentials

  • A real leader is someone who’s flexible, reachable, transparent and most of all a positive person who sees failures a chance to betterment lastly a leal person with God as the top priority above all.

  • For me, a real leader is someone who is not perfect but will perfectly complement the needs of his team. He may not be the smartest but will do his best to come up with the best decision. He may not look physically strong on the outside but will have monumental strength on the inside. He may not be a good talker but can communicate well with his subordinates. He may appear strict but his actions will always show that he truly cares to his followers.
