   Good Day sir!

   My name is Michael Gutierrez and I am lost. I desperately need help with my finances but don’t know how to go about it nor do i know if i can afford a financial planner. Please let me know your rates or refer me to someone i can afford. I take home about 14k in basic salary and about another 10k in bonuses a month. Yet i find myself in a financial pothole, I am in debt and getting more and more in debt slowly. I have a live in partner and 3 school going children that i support, all of which are in high school. Please let me know what i can do or who i can turn too.

   My wife died last July 28, 2010.

   We have three pieces of property titled under our both spouses’ names.

   We have three and/or joint accounts in the bank.

   We have also other bank accounts in my own name.

   We got married during the conjugal partnership default property arrangement years prior to the arrival of the Family Code.
   We have two children now in their early thirties, one married and the other still single, but both are earning their own money.

   We don’t ever have any debts whatever.

   What do you think I should do now in order that I don’t have to pay taxes when the children come to own our properties and monies?

   I am now 73 years old and still healthy.

   My two children are very good, they don’t give me any trouble whatever at present about their inheritance from their mother my wife.
